Explore! Explore!
Introducing SchoolsPLP Explore!, a brand new way to sample course curriculum, share it with peers, and use in the classroom! Conveniently linked in the left sidebar of the SchoolsPLP app, Explore! features a wide selection of course content in an easily navigable website, with the ability to preview or display all of the courses quickly. This amazing tool not only gives you an overview of the content SchoolsPLP offers, but lets you take a deep dive into courses that you may not have access to otherwise. Review new courses, use the preview function to present content in a live class, or even invite friends and colleagues to explore the possibilities—even if they don't have access to SchoolsPLP! Investigate this great new feature and see what Explore! can do
for you!
Join our PLC! Our Professional Lunch Community!
Need some acronyms? Earn some PD in SchoolsPLP at a PLC! Join our Professional Lunch Community and get plenty of inside information, tips, and tricks to increase your knowledge of SchoolsPLP. Our FREE PLC virtual meetings are offered the first Friday of every month. Mark it on your calendar or watch the recording on your own time. This is a time educators come together and learn while gaining experience and professional development time. It's a great way to add PD without adding extra hours to your school day!
Course Catalogs! Downloadable Catalogs
Have you ever found yourself needing to supply documentation for your online learning or coursework? Wouldn't it be great to have a list of courses available in SchoolsPLP, along with all the course descriptions, in one place? Make your administrator happy or get a jump on your paperwork by taking advantage of our new downloadable PDF catalog with descriptions. There are now two catalogs: 1. The course listing catalog to view all catalogs and courses quickly, and... 2. The comprehensive course catalog with the descriptions for each course. They are both available right here on the SchoolsPLP News page, beautifully rendered, printable, on demand, and it's updated regularly!
Allow Retry Allow Retry
SchoolsPLP has made it even faster and more convenient to help students keep moving in their coursework! On the Overview tab for a student's course, you can not only see all the relevant score and activity data that you're used to, but also perform actions on individual items, such as Allow Retry and Mark Complete. These actions may also be un-done as well. Every line item now contains a 3-dot context menu that will let a teacher or administrator allow or un-allow a retry for the item, and mark or un-mark it complete—all without having to go to the course's Gradebook!
